WordPress 101 is a series of unique training videos designed to provide an introductory overview of the WordPress content management system (CMS). These thirteen 5-minute video screencasts will help you learn how to use WordPress to publish your own blog posts and pages, edit existing content on your web site, interact with your readers, and build traffic to your site.

Why am I doing this?

My name is Shawn Hesketh, and I’ve been designing websites since 1993. Over the past several years, I’ve built dozens of custom WordPress sites for my clients, enabling them to manage their own content and keep their sites up to date without having to turn to a professional web designer each time. In addition to providing design services, I also offer a highly-personalized, 2-hour WordPress training session, and my clients frequently comment on the quality of the education they receive during our time together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use the same login for more than one user?
No. The membership fee permits one user to access the videos. Further, our user management software only permits a user to login from a total of 3 IP addresses per day. If multiple users attempt to access the site via the same login, this IP limitation will block future attempts to login until the following day.

Q: Can I download the videos to my own computer?
No. The videos are only available for viewing on this site.

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

Q: Can I put these videos on my own site?
Sure! We offer two additional types of licensing, both of which permit you to place these videos on your own website.

• The Standard Distribution License costs $199 per video, and you may purchase any or all of the videos you wish. These videos carry the WP101 branding, and must be displayed as-is. Since the first video is freely available on our website, this video is included at no charge. The total cost for the Standard Distribution License is $2,388.
• The Self-Branded Distribution License costs $299 per video, and again, you may choose one or all of the videos for your use. We will remove the WP101 branding at the beginning and end of the video, replacing it with your own logo and information.
• Following your purchase, we’ll furnish you with the raw video files, in .MP4 H.264 format.
